Terms and Conditions for Propertelligent
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Propertelligent Platform (“Platform”) provided by Propertelligent (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
Account Registration
2.1. To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.
2.2. For Landlords, Property Managers, and Tenants: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of the Platform
3.1. The Platform is provided for the purpose of real estate management and related services. Landlords, Property Managers, Tenants, and Contractors agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
3.2. Landlords and Property Managers: You may use the Platform to manage property listings, rental agreements, and tenant information.
3.3. Tenants: You may use the Platform to access information related to your rental agreement, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with your Landlord or Property Manager.
3.4. Contractors: You may use the Platform to receive work orders, submit invoices, and communicate with Landlords, Property Managers, or Tenants regarding property maintenance and repairs.
Content
4.1. The Platform may allow you to upload, submit, store, or otherwise make available content, such as property listings, photos, and descriptions. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing our services.
4.2. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit to the Platform. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, is accurate, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Privacy
5.1. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
6.1. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Platform without our express written consent.
Termination
7.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, with or without cause and without notice, at our sole discretion.
7.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Platform.

8.2. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of all local and federal jurisdictions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in your local jurisdiction, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
